Danielle Nott

North Vancouver, BC

With more than two decades of experience in dentistry, Danielle possesses a wealth of knowledge that spans every aspect of dental clinic operations, both clinical and administrative. Her role as the BC Training and Implementation Specialist for a dental software firm paved the way for her to establish her own dental practice consulting business. For the past 10 years, she has specialized in practice management. Danielle has a proven track record of enhancing practice revenue, driving growth, and overseeing dental practice transitions in both corporate and private settings.

Danielle's genuine passion for helping dentists is evident in her eagerness to assist practice owners in strategizing for their future. Her extensive experience in transition planning (and her role as an integral member of the Professional Practice Sales team) provide her with a unique skill set and advantage.

Currently, Danielle lives on the north shore with her husband and two children. She enjoys the area's attractions and spends her free time engaging in fitness, hiking, playing volleyball, and participating in her children's sports activities.

Vanya Andelski, RDH, CBA

Vanya Andelski is a Registered Dental Hygienist and Certified Business Analyst with over 20 years of experience in the dental hygiene profession. She is passionate about mentoring and training dental hygiene teams while fostering clinical excellence, consistency, and collaboration.

Through dental hygiene consulting, Vanya combines her clinical expertise with business strategy to optimize the operational and financial performance of dental hygiene departments. She is committed to helping practices implement practical, evidence-based solutions that improve efficiency, strengthen team culture, and support sustainable growth.

Outside of her professional life, Vanya enjoys traveling and exploring the world with her husband and their two children. She has participated in humanitarian dental initiatives across Asia and South America and believes that service, cultural awareness, and lifelong learning continue to shape her leadership and professional philosophy.
